I used the cricut to cut vinyl for the stencil to do glass etching on the plate. For the jar I used the cut out of the bunny and added a pink top layer vinyl and added a ribbon. The placemat is embroidered.

Melinda and Karen spent today embroidering on diapers for burpbibs and on bibs. Melinda's neighbor asked for donations for his Eagle Scout Project. He is taking Easter baskets to a NICU and giving to families there.
Here are my girls Birthday cakes! This was my first attempt at fondant. I think it went rather well. It reminded me of playdough! If anybody wants the marshmallow fondant recipe let me know then I will post it! Oh and I think the little toys finish the cake!
I made all 16 grandchildren a fleece hat, but didn't have them all done at once to take a picture. So here are 5 of them. Pink for the girls and yellow for the boys.
I got another afghan done! I've been trying to do these for my nieces and nephews for their birthdays...the ones that didn't get them this year will get them next year (let's face it, with 12 of them on my side of the family there's no way I'd have time to make them all one). Now on to the next project!
So you are probably wondering how in the @#$& we came up with our name! Well just hang out with Rachel for an hour and you'd know how! We had been trying to come up with a name to start this blog to rival that of our cousins (craftythursdays.blogspot.com)! Rachel was saying that she did not have good delicate hands to do this stuff....Mom said she didn't either and that she had CHUNKY fingers. Rachel started laughing and said CHUNKY FINGERS FRIDAY! Voila'!! We are named!!
